J'aime ça. C'est très joli.
Je le prends...merci beaucoup.
We spent the day shopping today...quel plaisir! Although I feel a bit bourgeoisie...
Paris is getting livelier as many of the cafés and little shops re-open after their summer holidays. Just down the street, the poissonnerie of Gérard Depardieu is again open for business...

Hi Sally & Brent, Nothing wrong with feeling a bit bourgeoisie. What beautiful facades on the shops in your 'photos - they are really lovely. Love, L&G
Ahh, a Moby Dick seafood themed shop. They just need to go the whole hog and have a guy serving behind the counter with a scarred face and a wooden leg and a Captain Ahab name tag. When he is serving your fish fillet he yells in a crazed voice "Ye damned fish I'll send ye straight to hell"! Then he stabs it with a harpoon, runs around as if it is dragging him along and eventually throws it on your plate. Perhaps a little tacky for the sophisticated French and it would lose the novelty factor after the first time but I reckon I could probably be entertained by such a performance 15 maybe 20 times?
Cheers, Paul
PS Keep the great photos coming!
