Merci pour vos comments

It's wonderful receiving the comments on the blog from family and work friends. It makes it all the more special to know we're sharing our experiences with you and it keeps us in touch with home. We always check the blog in the morning and I love it when Brent calls out that there's a comment to read. Merci beaucoup!

We had wondered whether we would miss the Parisien rooftop view by staying in an appartement at ground level, but not so. We have a green courtyard outside our door surrounded by typical Parisien appartements. If we feel like a rooftop view we can look at the welcome card left for us by Rita and Gerard, the owners of the appartement. They also left us a (now empty) bottle of smooth, red vino. French hospitality!
